#SBI completes ₹25,000 Cr QIP!

On July 21, 2025, SBI allotted XXXX Cr equity shares at ₹817/share to QIBs under SEBI QIP norms.
LIC led with XX% allocation, followed by SocGen (10.37%) & HDFC entities (6%).

Equity capital now stands at ₹923 Cr.
