Step 5: Buy Tokens
- Go to "Marketplace", Explore tokenized real estate projects listed on the platform.
- Users can register for upcoming sales and can also buy already listed property tokens in secondary marketplace.
- Click on any property to view details like location, ROI, rental yield, and legal documents.
- Enter the number of tokens or the investment amount then click “Buy Tokens.”
- Confirm the purchase and approve the transaction.

Step 6: Stake Property tokens
- Tap on "Stake" (below the "buy tokens" option)
- Stake your property tokens to start earning rental income

Step 7: Track Your Investment
- View your property holdings in your Portfolio section.
- Track rental income, property value appreciation, and ownership details in real time.
- Tap on "claim rental yield" to claim rent for properties in portfolio section.

Step 8: Sell or Exit Anytime

- Simply unstake your tokens first, then proceed to sell them on the marketplace for USDC.
