Lets get into Why Pre Market High and Pre Market Low is important

Pre Market High - This shows where Buyers were met with Sellers. This is important because we know this is the main level going into the day that buyers need to reclaim IF we want to have an upside trend day.

Pre Market Low - This shows where Sellers were met with Buyers. This is important because we know this is where the main level going into the day that Sellers need to reclaim IF want to have a downside trend day.
