We warned for years that regime change efforts in Syria would lead directly to massacres of Christians and other religious minorities. To say nobody listened understates the problem. Those of us who saw exactly where regime change would lead were slurred as anti-Semites, Assad apologists, or closet Islamists. No, we just had a basic understanding of history honed through two decades of watching braindead interventionists blow up the Middle East, leaving little but chaos and dead Christians in their wake.
