Some worry about China stealing hydrograph tech. And I say ya they will steal it and use it in China so what.  

It will only create a greater urgency by the USA Dept of Defence to ramp up orders and support hydrograph.  

We are entering a global arms race to make military equipment with ISO rated SP2 Graphene.

And don’t forget the USA spends more on weapons than I think basically the entire world combined.    They will buy graphene made in Texas by hydrograph.  

Look at the chart below.  Recently prior to this investment surge the top states googling ‘graphene’ are basically key military installation states and government departments
