HORRIFIC: Canadian man has been charged with murder in the death of his 9-year-old daughter in upstate New York after kidnapping hoax. 

Melina Galanis Frattolin’s body was discovered in a shallow pond over the weekend. Authorities allege that her father, Luciano Frattolin, falsely claimed she had been kidnapped.

Frattolin, a resident of Montreal, is accused of killing his daughter during a trip to the U.S., hiding her body near Lake George, and concocting a story that she vanished after he stopped to relieve himself in the woods.

I hope this bastard will rot in hell.
