Not all market participants desire the full transparency that you & others desire. The stock market has many participants that add liquidity. The market wants liquidity. Thus the process of tokenized securities is a compromise. However there is a lot that we agree on. They could do better in letting everyone know how the process works and how tokenized shares or assets are ledgered. Also retail is divided upon the issue. Hell even just the RC following you mentioned is divided. You say that “people can see what’s happening…” however have you offered any credible evidence to support your nefarious thesis? Do we want help or are we looking for an investing market with true price discovery? I think we all agree that tZERO is a step better than we have, how many steps is the real question.
