Whether you executed or didn’t execute over the last few months, the fact of the matter is that most great low risk entires are long gone. At this point many of the best stocks have gone up over XXX% or more in just two months with little to no pullback whatsoever. Traders are now dumpster diving looking for stocks that haven’t moved yet and oftentimes they haven’t moved for a reason. The chances of these stocks following through are lower than a leading/quality stock. If you’ve traded well, great. A correction allows you to get some good entires and execute again. If you missed this rally, you should want another opportunity to get long the best quality names. The higher we go without a pullback, the higher the likelihood that the next pullback will be violent. I love a good bull market, but every good bull market sees pullbacks along the way to keep things in equilibrium.
