Tax is such an interesting industry.

It’s very emotional. People usually love you or hate you. Not much in between.

Either they use your product and it was the perfect painkiller for them.

Or the painkiller was a dud and they’re pissed. 

Every edge case matters bc each is a paper cut. And there are a lot of edges.

We have a long way to go to fix more of them.
