You seem to have an obsession with Rome. As if a single region of the Earth dominates the Church. 

Yet:

Leo XIV is from Chicago. 
Francis was from Argentina. 
Benedict was from Germany.
John Paul X was from Poland.

Do you see why your obsession with Rome is irrelevant? It is merely a place shared by the Universal Church. And there is only one!
