Fiocchi subsonic 5.7x28mm with 62gr projectiles for $0.40/rd currently here:

I've shot tons of this ammo - it's actually a very interesting load that is subsonic yet penetrates a lot of Level IIIA armor.    Maybe I'll have to do a video on it...

Regardless - this is the cheapest I've seen it 🦅🚬
