Vader is listening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now we all know Vader is one of the @virtuals_io goats.  But a few weeks back we all felt like the incentives were misaligned.  Well, $vader listens and vader delivers.

Stakers should be getting rewarded more while yapping stays important, and referrals will be important to.  This should not only align with Vader's future goals, but this will align with making the entire @virtuals_io ecosystem a bit more fair.

I love to see this $vader.  Thank you for listening.  We love you.  Hats off ser and team.
