Civil court is a lot different than criminal court. OJ was a famous example, not guilty in one but guilty in the other. Your question to me was very difficult. Lots of different terrible sexual assaults and hard to make laws and punishments that match up to the seriousness of each. Like I ended my last post, both very serious but one more serious than the other.
