@RonPlacone In order to "pay you what you're worth", you actually have to be worth something to them, as in YOUR WORK HAS TO GENERATE AT LEAST ENOUGH REVENUE TO COVER YOUR PAY (plus all the taxes, fees, insurances and other overhead your employer has to shell out to have you on payroll)
