As of July 2025, the tokens deemed "mature" under the CLARITY Act—meaning they're considered commodities, not securities—are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tezos (XTZ), and Cosmos (ATOM). 

These blockchains meet the Act’s strict criteria for decentralization and lack of centralized control; other major chains like Solana, Cardano, Polkadot, and BNB Chain don’t currently qualify, but could in the future if they further decentralize. 

Keep in mind, though, that this list is based on current assessments and the actual, legally binding status would be determined through a formal review process with regulators like the SEC or CFTC.
