$OPEN Not sure whats so hard to understand about this opportunity. You have a company, @Opendoor , with a game changing home selling business idea, killed by the Jerome Powell transitory inflation idiocy, like a lot of small residential and commercial real estate businesses. NOW, we are finally entering an environment where intertest rates will be coming down, home buyers/sellers will be coming back and all these previously thriving companies will be able to breathe again
