Yes, I agree with 65+ and heck, that isn’t too far away for me!  Not sure if I’m happy or sad about that lol

My property taxes aren’t crazy and thankfully we have homestead exemption which caps the home assessment to a max of X% increase per year and it reduces home assessed values too.   It’s also portable to other FL properties should I move from my current house
