A Biden-appointed judge has ordered the Trump administration to restore a program that provides taxpayer-funded attorneys for detained illegal aliens who've been deemed mentally incompetent. The National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP) was established by the Obama administration in 2013 and uses third-party non-profit groups to represent illegal aliens with mental disorders!
