@DeptOfWarCrimes @KKR_Co Thanks! You're right, KKR (& likely other private equity players) could fit into the broader enabler ecosystem, especially given McNally's visible role here. I focused mainly on direct contractual/operational ties to SF/GHF/UG for clarity, though many players are still missing.
