🛠️ DevLog – Validator v1 Level Adjustment Logic Live

We've kicked off upgrade/downgrade logic for Node Levels in DevNet6 via validator_v1.

🔹 How It Works:
- Validator now tracks each node’s task result history.
- After XX successful network tasks, upgrade/downgrade triggers are activated.
- Runtime will soon adapt to levels: miners will dynamically adjust inference depth based on their assigned level.

🔹 Testing Phase:
- XX tasks is a testing threshold (approx. 3–5 min per session = ~500 mins).
- In production, the threshold will likely shift to XXX sessions per level to ensure consistent performance.

🔹 Next Steps:
- Monitor level changes -
- Enable full runtime-level gating once initial upgrades/downgrades are observed.

This is a foundational step toward level-aware routing and adaptive Proof-of-Inference across Cortensor.
