EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin revealed that he inherited a “massive backlog” with pesticide safety reviews from the Biden Administration.

“We inherited a pesticide review backlog of 14,000.”

But that review process would end if Congress passes Section XXX and gives pesticide companies a liability shield.
