A 42-year-old CBP officer was jogging, then sat to chill by the water in Fort Washington Park, New York around 11:30 PM when two men on a moped, including 21-year-old Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez an Illegal confronted him.  They demanded his valuables at gunpoint.  When he refused, they shot him in the face and arm. The officer returned fire, hitting Nunez in the groin and legs.  Nunez, previously deported from the Dominican Republic, re-entered the U.S. in 2023 under the Biden/Harris Administration and has a criminal record including kidnapping, burglary, domestic violence, etc.  The officer is recovering; Nunez was caught because he was injured and went to the hospital, he is in custody awaiting questioning.  These are the criminals President Trump wants deported and the liberals violently protest to keep them here.
