➙ Capital-Gated: In 2024 alone, OpenAI, xAI, and Anthropic raised over $25B. Access is limited. Ownership is nonexistent.

➙ Opaque: You use AI, but you don’t own it. You can’t audit it. You can’t shape how it thinks.
