The UK and XX other countries including France, Canada, Japan, Australia, and EU states issued a joint statement on the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

Signed by foreign ministers and the EU Commissioner for Crisis Management, the message began:
“The war in Gaza must end now.”

It condemned Israeli war crimes, including the deliberate starvation of civilians in Gaza.
