@ImmaculateView @wbgish My two cents: You'd need XX% of the conference to vote on the addition. Stanford & Cal would be a no. Boise State was at their mercy in the PAC for years.

If 2-3 others say no, it's a no go.

Personally SMU & Duke would say no IMO.  Tech schools are also probably a no.
