🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: EX-LOUISVILLE COP GETS XX MONTHS IN BREONNA TAYLOR KILLING CASE 

Former officer Brett Hankison was sentenced to XX months in prison for violating Breonna Taylor's civil rights, rejecting the Trump Justice Department's recommendation of just one day.

Trump DOJ memo: 

"Defendant Hankison did not shoot Ms. Taylor and is not otherwise responsible for her death"

Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings, a Trump appointee, issued the sentence after Taylor's family demanded significant jail time.

The DOJ's reversal marked a stunning about-face after Biden-era prosecutors twice tried Hankison, who blindly fired XX shots into Taylor's apartment.

Hankison is the only officer directly involved in the March 2020 raid convicted on criminal charges.

The sentencing memo was unsigned by career prosecutors, only Trump appointees.
