Contrary to @SECChairPaulAtkins's claim, Ethereum ($ETH) may still qualify as a security under U.S. law. The Howey Test — which defines securities based on investment contracts involving money, common enterprise, and expectation of profits from others' efforts — applies here. ETH holders participate in governance, staking rewards, and network growth, creating an investment-like dynamic. This classification debate isn’t over yet.  #CryptoRegulation #Ethereum"
