All these treasury stocks are doing offerings and diluting...ALL OF THEM from $BMNR to $SBET etc...ALL OF THEM. $HOLO is NO different.  They are not going to use their CASH ON HAND when its cheap money to do an offering.  Anyone calling $HOLO is a scam lost money, a scalper or short.
