As of July 21, 2025, $ASST's mNAV (multiple of net asset value, based on Bitcoin holdings) is not publicly disclosed, as the Strive merger and BTC accumulation are pending. 

For the Section XXX exchange, terms aren't detailed publicly, but using the May PIPE price of $1.35/share and BTC at ~$117,240: ~86,844 shares for X BTC; ~8,684 for XXX BTC.
