@Callous_Boomer @sonusvarghese Like I said, the Chicagoland housing market has been terrible since the bubble, which was massive. I don't think people realize how many condos and homes were built from 2002-2008 in Chicagoland, and at record prices. If you bought in 2005, you may still be underwater. Yikes.
