@RedsInPhilly Here’s my fix.  I’d look at all the payrolls in the league and set my minimum just below the median of that.  Say $160M floor.  Caps I’m all other sports are about 20M below the floor, but let’s take a baby step and cap it at $200M.  Increase revenue sharing to accommodate.
