Suwayda Agreement:

X. Phase One: Agreement reached to begin a ceasefire in Suwayda as a first step toward restoring calm and stability.

X. Phase Two: Will include the release of detainees and the entry of humanitarian aid to local residents.

X. Phase Three: To commence XX hours after the ceasefire is stabilized, involving the gradual return of state institutions to the province.

X. Work will continue to restore normal life in Suwayda and ensure the rule of law under the sovereignty of the state.
