$STRC as I understand it  is a low risk, short-term instrument comparable to T-bills, based on its very high seniority in the capital structure; variable interest paid monthly; ranks above STRK. Plan is to pin price at $XXX. Almost like an MSTR stable coin that pays roughly 9%.
