The Iraqi government allocates in its official annual budget $X billion to pro-Iran Hashd Shaabi militia (including to Nujaba and Kaabi). Washington is friends with Iraq gov, could've financially deprived both gov and militias of the billions, but it has not.
Now Michael here wants to argue that Israel is closer to pro-Iran Iraqi militias than Washington is, and that's what's irritating Washington.
