UPDATE: footage of the criminal illegal alien suspects involved in the shooting of the off-duty CBP Officer in New York City driving the same moped that was driven the scene of the crime to the hospital. 

One of the suspects DUMPS the body of his injured counterpart and flees.

These individuals will face the full weight of the U.S. Justice System.
