Depression is real, but it is also controllable

For periods of my life I was majorly depressed. But every time I came out of that state was for the same reason: I found a new quest to pursue

Starting this X account X years ago gave me a new quest that has made me VERY happy since

Building Creator Buddy a year ago has given me a quest that has made me the happiest in my life

Every time I was depressed it was because my brain had no challenge to solve, so it created it's own challenges

Once I had real challenges to solve the depression was instantly killed
