Sproat is also back to throwing at peak velocity:

- FB Avg. VELO has been the highest it’s been all season & topped out at XXX MPH.
- SNKR Avg. VELO has been the highest it’s been all season & topped out at XX MPH.
- Changeup is back to topping out at XX MPH.

#Mets need to promote Sproat ASAP to take Clay Holmes spot in the rotation, as Holmes needs to be shut down for at least a month before further risk of injury. 

Holmes has already surpassed his career high in IP at the MLB level by a significant amount, & his stuff doesn’t look as sharp as it did earlier in the season, & his ability to locate isn’t as sharp either.
