When you realize Bitcoin & Stablecoins create demand for the US Dollar, then you can better understand the regulatory actions.  

They need to replace the sellers of US Treasurys such as China.  

Retail is seeming to seek the digital derivative, while the Central Bankers continue to only buy the actual Physical.  Not a knock on BTC as I have some & it could continue to do amazing, just observation of the facts.
