Study: 6-month trial in 150–200 healthy adults (40–60 yrs) testing rapamycin’s impact on:

Epigenetic clocks
Inflammatory cytokines
Functional metrics (strength, cognition, pulse wave velocity)
Goal: Determine if rapamycin targets aging itself, not just diseases.
