While no mass arrests materialize, the damage's done: 1) Jan '25 security stripping from Bolton/Pompeo despite Iranian death threats proves loyalty > law 2) Oct '24 ACLU docs 100+ threats against citizens/journos 3) July '25 citizenship revocation threats against O'Donnell reveal governance as personal vendetta. Each empty threat corrodes institutions.
