$SBET I don’t believe SBET is capitulating—it’s accumulating.  Volume Put/Call ratio is at 0.18, with options volume well past its average. 

The vast majority of calls target $30-40 with short-term expiries.  Someone always knows.

Nonetheless, -XX% in X week is intimidating.
