Trump hailed it as "the greatest revolution," yet key prohibitions on non-permitted stablecoins won't take effect until July 2028. This admin's "innovation" moves at a glacial pace. While "consumer protection" is touted, payment stablecoins remain explicitly uninsured—a glaring omission.
