I am a dumbass and I think the only way for me to make money is get back on a roof, demolition or flip houses. 

All three of these (which I have done for over XX years) are life on HARD MODE. You would only know if you have run a local service business.

My wife and I have adult kids now and prefer to be remote/location agnostic vs getting to an office at 5am daily. 

I have an absolute mental block in this area. 

What should I do?

What ideas do you have for me?
