It escalated, indeed.

But I was commenting more on the first couple of messages.

"em dash AI" is even a trending search these days.

So people have noticed it... not because it wasn't used before in traditional writing, but because no one used it online. It's just obvious to most readers.

I think em dashes are not the problem.

Not even all the articles that sound the same.

But the people who put no effort in giving the text a unique twist.
