$SAGE started to re-enter sub 8.97$ today. Don´t love the CVR, still very skeptical towards the sales milestone payments (they even exceed $SAGE internal expectations). Tender expires July30. If Japan payment hits (expect it to) you´ll get 9$ and while it is still unlikely you´ll ever get more, you´re at least not paying for the upside which makes it a decent bet I guess? 

HSR not expired so far afaik.
