$ITOS came in very weak unfortunately, did not expect ITOS to pay XX mln to GSK but well here we are. Some buys under water but decent win all around.

Also - again - hate the "If Kevin Tang does nothing for X months he gets all assets"-CVR-structure. Why? Just why?

Sold a large portion of shares today but still hold a respectable position. Unfortunately this is just a black box, since net cash schedule is not disclosed. 

At XX cents ($ITOS 10.15, if you account for timevalue it´s ~17 cents) the CVR sits at ~4.3mln ish.

For a net cash sweep and these assets? Why not. Can´t say I´m excited about this, but more than willing to roll the dice with the CVR sub X mln$. 

No way to make a really informed decision without the net cash schedule anyway.
