It's an open source tool called "HomeAssistant".

If you have a spare computer you can install it.  Or you can buy a small credit-card-sized computer with it preinstalled for ~$150.

It integrates with all sorts of devices around your home like Philips Hue lights, smart diswashers, etc...

For reading power usage I bought a "Sense Home Energy" thing:

They're pretty terrible stand-alone (their app sucks), but they're easy to set up in Home Assistant.
