Why lie?😵‍💫
"Ruined the best health care system"?
The US had high costs, unequal access, and millions uninsured before ACA.
Obamacare expanded coverage to over XX million people, banned pre-existing condition discrimination, and capped out-of-pocket costs. HR 1, the big ugly bill, now makes healthcare worse than pre-Obamacare.

"Stole $XXX billion from Medicare" is false framing.
The ACA reduced future projected growth in Medicare spending by $XXX billion over XX years, by cutting overpayments to private insurers and reducing provider payment growth rates. That money wasn't stolen - it was reinvested to strengthen Medicare and extend its solvency. 
So, no, Obama didn’t "steal" Medicare funds.
