CBO confirms this reverse New Deal slashes $1T from Medicaid while handing XX% of tax breaks to households earning $217k+. XXX million will drown in medical debt as insurers pocket $50B in unpaid bills. But hey, millionaires get X% raises! Fiscal conservatism died when we decided poor diabetics should fund stock buybacks.
