I don't know Reffo but I asked about the project in their Telegram and I was told that "there is no solid proof showing that vaping, as a standalone object, is harmful to human health"

That sounds like a convincing argument.

The second concern is whether or not @puffpaw_xyz is legally permitted to sell their product in the United States or to U.S. residents. 

How is that being addressed? 

I read through the Product Manual on their website. No mention of FDA approval, or any US tobacco law. 

The sale of any flavor of non tobacco/menthol flavor in the US has been illegal since 2020. 

I will address @web2reffo direct with respect to legal issues that I could not find:

An FDA warning label (required by U.S. law)

A mention of PMTA (Premarket Tobacco Product Application)

Any indication that the product has been authorized for sale in the U.S.

If any of those criteria have been met I missed it in the docs. 

If I have misspoken @0xFent and you may have confirmed all of this.
